Quantum Cathedral #1
Eric Engel, New Hope, PA
Eric has always been fascinated by the intersection of history and art and its effect on cultures, past and present. These historical designs inspire him to create something rooted in history using modern tools and techniques to create something new and different. He begins by reinterpreting each design, imagining how the artwork can develop across multiple layers of cardstock. He then digitally builds the three-dimensional composition layer by layer, vector by vector. From this foundation, he refines the geometry and color until the piece feels fully realized. Each layer is then individually laser cut, reviewed, revised, and hand trimmed. Once the physical layers match his vision, they are aligned and glued in a custom jig, then matted and framed.

Dancing Fox
Bettina Madini, Montello, Wisconsin
Shaped by her early life in Berlin during a time of division, Bettina’s work carries an enduring drive toward freedom, joy, and movement beyond constraint. Each painting begins with color. Rather than following fixed plans or representational goals, Bettina allows color relationships to lead, forming visual symphonies that unfold through curiosity and sensation. Her process invites the unseen—memory, emotion, and dream—into the work, resulting in paintings that move fluidly between abstraction, florals, and visionary imagery.

Park City Thaw
Donna Knapp, Austin, Texas
I’m a soft pastel artist inspired by the quiet beauty of the natural world. Through luminous color, layered texture, and an appreciation for changing light, I create landscape paintings that capture memorable places and fleeting moments—from sunlit mountain trails and coastal views to expansive skies and familiar Texas landscapes. My work is shaped by time spent traveling, observing, and painting outdoors. Each piece is an invitation to pause, reconnect with nature, and bring a sense of calm and wonder into everyday spaces.

Cardinals & Holly
Janet Mandel, Kennedy, NY
Whether I am in my studio working from the many reference photos I have taken in the wild, at zoos, game parks & preserves, or in my own living room sketching and photographing the antics of my own animals, I am always amazed and appreciative of the creatures planet Earth has to offer.
My gift in this lifetime is that of an artist. And so for me, the best way to show my appreciation of the animal kingdom that I so much enjoy, is to depict them in the best way I can in my paintings. If you too are an animal lover, then get comfortable and enjoy what I have to offer

The Opulence Earring
Kelly Finn, Sudbury, MA
What began as a search for a creative outlet became a devotion to the quiet art of making things by hand. I'm inspired by objects that have stood the test of time: weathered landscapes, centuries-old cathedrals, heirlooms worn soft by generations of hands. My pieces carry that same spirit — textured, layered, and made to grow more beautiful with age. Our culture is obsessed with youth and newness. But the women I make jewelry for have figured something out: the most interesting things, and people, only get better with time. I design every piece to be worn daily, not displayed. And like you, each one develops a patina that's entirely its own — a softening here, a deepening there, a record of a life well-lived. Every piece is entirely made by me, in my studio, one at a time. No production runs. No shortcuts. Just craft, intention, and hands that care deeply about the result with the kind of attention that only human hands can give.

Swim with Me
Joy Hannan, Atlantic Highlands, NJ
Extraordinary mermaids that have been designed and made by hand, by me, one at a time, in precious metals and genuine gemstones. I draw my ideas on paper, cut my shapes out of metal using a thin bladed jeweler’s saw, solder them with an oxygen/propane torch and add wire for details. I apply textures and patinas, and polish on a polishing wheel. Last, I name them. My designs are nautical in nature with fantasy thrown in, whimsical and detailed.
