If you did not already provide your event or product ad details, please email them to us now at info@artfaircalendar.com:

For art fair event listings, please make sure we have:

• Date of Show
• City, State
• Name of Show
• presenting organization, if any
• location - park, building, shopping center or online URL
• #of participating artists
• your website URL
   

• If you paid for a Show of the Month Feature 
  • Email us a short story that highlights the best features of your event and includes presenting organization, hours, # of artists, your logo and photos of your event 

• If you paid for a button or banner ad 
  
  • Your contact information
  • a jpg or gif for our use sent as an attachment (only); do not embed in a document or into the email body
• If you paid for a supplier link - $9.95 or $14.95
  • The text for your ad, 40-50 words
  • your website link URL
  • your logo, approximately 60 x 60, if you paid for the upgrade

Our goal is to have all information online within 24 hours, but circumstances may require 2-4 business days.
